Description

The Price monument is a slab memorial located in the churchyard approximately 13 meters south of the tower of the Church of St. Peter in Duntisbourne Abbots. This 18th-century memorial is made of limestone and features a brass plate. The structure consists of a monolith slab set on a raised base with a single step. The brass plate, which is bolted to the top of the slab, is rectangular with an inset circular head. It is inscribed in memory of Thomas Price, who died in 1776, and Anne Price, who died in 1778.
