Statue and drinking fountain. Inscribed and dated 'ER 1914. In memory of HM Edward VII the Peacemaker'. Designed by Ambrose Neale; executed at RL Boulton's Workshops. Donated by Mr and Mrs JW Drew. Faces towards the Promenade. Marble statue of the King in Norfolk suit helping a poor girl. Oval granite base on moulded cappin of square plinth. Lion's head taps to drinking bowls on 3 faces. Wide horse trough with dog trough below at back of stage.
