Description
Number 330 is a house that has been converted into a shop with a flat above, and it features attached railings. It was built around 1810 to 1830 and has undergone later additions and alterations, including a shop front on the ground floor. The building is made of stucco over brick and has a hipped mansard slate roof with iron railings.
The exterior consists of two storeys with an attic and has two bays. On the left, there is a central full-height bow that includes three 6/6 sash windows on the first floor, along with a single 6/6 sash window to the right. There is a first-floor band at the bow. The entrance, located to the right, features a six-panel door flanked by pilaster strips adorned with an incised Greek key motif and a frieze, along with a fanlight that has decorative radial glazing bars. The building also has a frieze, cornice, and a low parapet with copings. The attic includes a roof dormer with a casement window.
The subsidiary features include stick railings on either side of the steps. The interior has not been inspected.
