Description
The left end boundary pier to Number 29 is a boundary pier dating from around 1826 to 1832. It is made of tall ashlar and features incised panels and anthemion motifs, along with a frieze, cornice, and urn finials. The pier stands approximately 2.5 meters high. Park Place, where this pier is located, was developed by 1832 and this pier is an important feature of the streetscape. It forms a pair with the corner pier to Number 29.
