Description

This is a gas lamp located approximately 2 meters southwest of the transept of the Church of the Holy Apostles in Charlton Kings. It was likely installed around 1871 and later converted to electricity. The lamp is probably made by the Coalbrookdale Company and features a cast-iron structure with a glass lantern. It has a fluted column with two arms supporting the lantern. This lamp is an important part of the setting for the Church of the Holy Apostles.
