Farmhouse. C18. Ashlar with concrete tile roof and C20 imitation ashlar stacks. Rectangular plan. C20 garage not of special interest. Two storey, 3-windowed facade lit by 12-pane sashes with moulded architraves and sills. Fielded panelled doorway with fanlight to the right-hand return, the doorway is flanked by pilasters and has an open triangular pediment; 6-pane fixed casements with moulded architraves either side of the doorway. Two 9-pane sashes with moulded architraves above. Parallel-ridged roof with gable-end stacks to the front range. Interior not inspected.
