Range of farmbuildings consisting of a shippon with loft over flanked by a row of pigsties to the left and a stable with loft over to the right. Early C19 and probably co-eval with Derriton Farmhouse (q.v.) Stone rubble with stone and brick dressings and slate roofs, the pigsty is cement-washed, the shippon roof half-hipped at the left end,gabled at the right, the stable half-hipped at the right end.

The range forms the north side of the farmyard at Derriton Farm.

The single storey pigsties have 4 feeding doors with strap hinges. The shippon and stable are 2-storeys; the stable slightly set back from the shippon under a lower roofing. 3 shippon entrances have segmental arches with stone voussoirs, central left entrance above with a slate canopy carried on timber hrackets. The stable block has a central doorway flanked by windows, all with polychromatic segmental brick arches, and a row of pigeon holes with flight ledges under the eaves. Loft entrance in right return.

The range forms an attractive group with Derriton Farmhouse.
