Description

This building is a shippon located approximately 30 metres to the north-east of Morson Farmhouse. It dates from the 18th century or early 19th century and is constructed of cob on stone rubble walls, topped with a hipped slate roof. The shippon has a rectangular plan and consists of two storeys, with the shippon on the ground floor and a loft above. The front is asymmetrical, featuring one doorway towards each end and loft openings above. There are also two small windows to the left and right of the right-hand room. This shippon is part of a very traditional and unaltered farm complex.
