Description
This is a mid-19th century bank barn located approximately 20 metres southeast of Collytown Farmhouse in Bere Ferrers. The barn features rubble walls and a gable-ended slate roof. It has a shippon on the ground floor that is accessed from the front, while a storage room above is reached from a higher ground level at the rear, with loading openings at the front. The structure has two storeys and an asymmetrical front. On the ground floor, there are two window openings to the left and two doors to the right, which have brick arches above. On the first floor, to the right of centre, there are two large loading openings with a slate pentice above.
