Description

This is a signpost located at SX 444 645 in Lamerton, dating from the mid-19th century. It features a square granite pier that stands about 3 metres high, with a central wooden upright supported by a cast iron member. The signpost has two twisted wrought iron struts and one plain strut for the arms. Attached to it are 20th-century wooden signs indicating directions to Launceston, Tavistock, and Chipshop.
