This guidepost, located at SX 086617 in Lanlivery, dates from the early 19th century. It is made of granite and stands approximately 1.4 meters tall, featuring a square plan with a chamfered top. Each of the four sides is painted with crude, upper-case lettering without serifs, indicating the names: St Austell, Lostwithiel, Bodmin, and St Columb.
