Description

Treffry Cross is a cross that likely dates back to before the Conquest. It was re-sited in 1890 and is made of granite. The cross features a wheelhead that is set on a 19th-century granite shaft, standing at about 3 meters high. The wheelhead has four roughly circular holes and lugs on the sides beneath the head. The shaft is rectangular in shape and tapers as it rises.
