Description

Exworthy headstone, dated 1804, is located approximately 4 metres west of the Church of St. German in Germansweek. This headstone is made of limestone and features a debased ogee shaped head. At the top, there is a primitively designed winged angel's head carved in relief, accompanied by a small concentric roundel above and hexagons to the left and right. The lettering on the headstone is in both lower and upper case with serifs.
