Description

Woodhouse, dating from the early to mid-19th century, features local stone rubble walls and a pyramidal slate roof. It has a square plan with a doorway on one side and an opening on the opposite side that leads to a shute going down to an open-fronted store at a lower ground level near the back door of the house. The building is single storey and is situated at a higher level than the house, with the doorway facing away from it. To the left of the woodhouse is a section of crenellated wall.
