Description
This is a milestone dating from the late 18th century to the early 19th century. It is made of granite and has an upright slab that is triangular in shape, with its angled faces facing the road. Each of these sides features a rounded top. The left side is inscribed with "32 miles to Exon," while the right side reads "2 miles to Torrington," both using Roman serif upper and lower case lettering.
