Description

This building is a stable located about 10 meters north of Foxhole Manor, likely dating from the 18th century. It is constructed of cob on stone rubble footings and features a gabled corrugated iron roof, which was previously thatched and limewashed. The stable has two storeys and includes a central single entrance with a pegged doorframe beneath a timber lintel, as well as a rear entrance to the loft. Inside, large rough joists remain intact. The stable is part of a notable farmyard group associated with Foxhole Manor Farm.
