Berriman's is an early 19th-century, altered, two-storey, five-window detached cottage located in Northam. The cottage features plastered walls and has a roof covered with renewed slates, with chimneys at each end. It includes wood casements with glazing bars and two five-light square bay casements, with the entrance positioned between them under a continuous slate roof.
