Description

This is an early 19th-century, two-story, three-window cottage, altered subsequently. It has a slate roof and casement windows, the majority retaining their glazing bars. A wooden doorcase features Tuscan pilasters, an entablature, and panelled reveals. Stone outbuildings with pantile roofs are also present, including a Willow Barn to the south which has been converted into a separate cottage with a modern first floor. The buildings listed under Cleave Houses form a group.
