Description
Rosehill is a two-storey stucco house built in 1790, with later alterations. It features a first-floor band and a garden front that has two later square bay casements on the ground floor. There is a one-storey projecting annexe with a pediment and pilasters at the entrance. The house has sash windows with glazing bars and segmental heads. The road front includes a pedimented Tuscan porch and features a painted dummy window along with a splay bay on the ground floor. Inside, there is a good ornamental iron balustrade on the staircase and shaped brackets.
