Description

Little Rye Farmhouse is an 18th-century building. It has a symmetrical facade with two storeys and three windows. A cottage is attached to the west end. The roof is tiled, with a half-hip at the east end. The walls are rendered, with a first-floor band and a plinth. The first floor has sash windows. A Tuscan porch with an entablature, two columns, and two pilasters shelters a 6-panelled door and side windows, all within a wide opening that features an oval fanlight with radiating panes. A modern addition has been made to the rear.
