Description

Oakapples is a building dating from the 17th century and early 19th century. It has two storeys and features four windows. The roof is made of red tiles and is divided into two parts, with a half-hip at the west end. The building is timber-framed internally and externally in the upper part of the western half, and it has a large interior chimney breast. The walls are constructed of painted brickwork in Monk bond, which also serves as infill for the exposed frame. The windows are casements. There is a modern porch and a wing added to the south-west.
