Description
The Courtice headstone, dating from the late 18th century, is located about 2 meters south of the middle of the south aisle of the Church of St Nicholas. This slate headstone features a nowy shape with canted corners and commemorates Oliver Courtice, who died in 1766. It is adorned with cherubim carvings at the head and has a verse below the inscription. The headstone is situated within iron railings on the south side of the church.
