Description

BROADWOODWIDGER BROADWOODWIDGER SX 48 NW 8/51 Courtice headstone about 2m south - of the middle of the south aisle of the Church of St Nicholas GV II Headstone. Late C18. Slate. Nowy-headed headstone with canted corners commemorating Oliver Courtice, died 1766. Cherubim carved in the head, verse below inscription. The headstone is inside the iron railings on the south side of the church.
