Description

This is a pair of headstones from the 17th century, made of ironstone, located approximately 8 meters southwest of the south porch of the Church of St. Nicholas. The headstone on the left features a rectangular inscription plaque set in a moulded frame, topped with a scroll pediment and a rosette, commemorating William Cooke, although it does not include a date. The headstone on the right has a square plaque with a moulded frame and a scroll top, which contains a fragmentary inscription for "Elizabeth," also without a date.
