It features rubble and cob walls that are rendered, with a gable-ended thatched roof and a brick chimney stack from the 19th century on the left side. The layout includes two rooms on the ground floor; the right room is unheated, while the left room is heated by a gable end stack. There is a small lobby to the right in front of the front room. The cottage is two storeys high and has two windows on the first floor, which are 2-light 19th-century casements. The door on the ground floor, located to the right, is a plank door.
