Description

This is an 18th-century building, probably dating to 1735, situated on the north side of New Street. It is a two-storey building with three windows. The exterior is rendered with a stippled finish and has a steep roof with a moulded eaves fascia. The windows are sash windows with exposed frames and glazing bars. The recessed doorway is topped by a moulded architrave and a flat hood. The building forms a group with numbers 48, 48A, 50, 72, 82, the Baptist Chapel, 90, 92, 110, 112, and 130.
