Description

This is an early 19th-century house on Marine Parade, Dawlish. It is a three-storey building, rendered in stucco. The roof is now pantiled, but was originally of a different material. The front elevation has three windows. A cast iron balcony, decorated with a "Heart and Honeysuckle" motif, is supported by cast iron columns. The doorcase features console brackets and a fanlight. The building is the only complete remaining example of the early 19th-century terrace houses that were originally built along Marine Parade.
