Ilex Lodge is an early 19th-century building that stands two storeys tall and is finished in stucco. It features a hipped roof covered with modern tiles. The facade includes three Gothic casement windows, each adorned with iron balconettes. At the center, there is a Gothic style doorcase that frames a six-panelled door.
