Description

Elsecot is an early to mid-19th century building of three storeys and an attic. It is stuccoed with a slate roof and dormers. The building has two windows, with mostly sash windows retaining some glazing bars. Second-floor windows feature cast iron balconettes. A good two-storey cast iron tented verandah with anthemion motif balustrading is a prominent feature. The ground floor has one three-light canted bay, and a round-headed doorcase to the right side, incorporating pilasters and keystones.
