Description

Kia Ora is an early 18th-century building located on the south side of Dawlish Plantation Terrace. It is two storeys high and has a stuccoed lower elevation, with the left side featuring a modern hipped pantiled roof. The building has two casement windows with hood moulding and Gothic pointed lights. An elaborate Tudor-style doorcase is present, adorned with quatrefoils in the spandrels. The left portion of the building includes a sash window and a slate roof. Kia Ora is almost identical to No 7 Barton Terrace.
