Early C18. 2 storeys stuccoed, the left hand part of lower elevation. Hipped modern pantiled roof. 2 casements with hood moulding and Gothic pointed lights. Elaborate Tudor style doorcase with quatrefoils in the spandrels. Left hand portion has sash window and slate roof. Almost identical to No 7 Barton Terrace (q.v).
