Description

22 Brunswick Place is a building dating from around 1830 at the front, with a rear range that is 18th century or earlier. The tall, narrow, three-storey front exhibits influence from architect Foulston. It features one triple heavily recessed sash window, incised line ornament, pilasters, and a segmental head above the ground floor window. There is an arched doorway located on the right side. At the rear, the building is two storeys high, rendered, with a pantiled roof and a massive external chimney stack.
