Description

These are two houses dating from the early to mid-19th century, located at 24 and 25 Brunswick Place, Dawlish. The buildings are stuccoed and feature two gable ends facing the road, connected by a single-storey section containing shops. The shops have six round-headed windows each, with an entry between leading to a courtyard at the rear. The upper windows are sash windows. The buildings exhibit an unusual planned layout characteristic of the period.
