Description

Torbay Mills is a building that dates from around 1825 and is a remoulding of an earlier mill. It stands two to three storeys tall and is constructed of roughcast stone. The building features plain door openings and wooden casements, topped with a pantiled roof. A massive external chimney stack is present, and there is a large iron waterwheel on the side. This structure is notable as one of the few pre-19th century buildings in Dawlish.
