Description
5-7 Cumberland Place is an early 19th-century terrace building that stands four storeys high. The exterior is stuccoed, featuring a rusticated ground floor and slate roofs. There are ornamental stringcourses between the floors, with a moulded cornice positioned between the first and second floors, as well as above the second floor. A decorative band is present on the cornice above the first floor. Each house has two windows, including French windows on the first floor. The properties at Nos 6 and 7 are adorned with cast iron balconies that have tent-shaped canopies and intricate ironwork featuring heart and honeysuckle motifs. Additionally, each house boasts a Greek Doric portico.
