Description

Brooklands Hotel is a mid-19th century building of 3 storeys, rendered in stucco. It has a slate roof with a bracketed eaves cornice. The facade features 8 sash windows, some of which are triple-pane, and includes 2 canted bays that extend through two floors, with pilasters. There are 2 doorcases, each with a cornice supported by brackets.
