Description

No 38 (Little Lane) and No 39, No 39A (The Morrings) are buildings dating from around 1790. They are two storeys high with attics and are finished in stucco. The buildings feature a parapet and a dropped moulded eaves cornice. There are six windows in total, with four of them retaining their original glazing bars. Additionally, there are two two-storey, three-light bow windows that have cast iron flower guards. The doorcases are adorned with cornices, pilasters, rectangular fanlights, and six-panelled doors. No 39A serves as a shop front extension to No 39.
