No 38 (Little Lane) and No 39, No 39A (The Morrings) are buildings dating from around 1790. They are two storeys high with attics and are finished in stucco. The buildings feature a parapet and a dropped moulded eaves cornice. There are six windows in total, with four of them retaining their original glazing bars. Additionally, there are two two-storey, three-light bow windows that have cast iron flower guards. The doorcases are adorned with cornices, pilasters, rectangular fanlights, and six-panelled doors. No 39A serves as a shop front extension to No 39.
