Description

This is a mid-19th century building on the north-east side of Queen Street, Dawlish. It is two storeys high with an attic, and is rendered on its exterior. The roof is slate-covered. The front features two sash windows with intact glazing bars. The ground floor has a three-light painted bay window, and a doorcase with pilasters, a cornice, and a round-headed fanlight above the entrance door.
