Description

Brookdale is an L-shaped Cottage Ornée built around 1800, with its main façade positioned at right angles to the road. The building is two storeys tall with attics and has a stuccoed exterior. It features a hipped thatched roof, which includes thatched dormers. The garden front showcases three two-storey splayed bays that contain Gothic casement windows. The lower halves of the first-floor windows are adorned with iron grilles. The left wing of the cottage has two sash windows.
