Description

Brook House is an early 19th-century building of two storeys, rendered in stucco. It has three windows, incorporating square ground floor bays featuring round-headed windows and pilasters. A Tuscan porch with a semicircular fanlight over the door is present. The porch roof and first-floor windows are adorned with cast iron balconettes.
