Description

Maudwell Poulton House is a mid-19th century pair of houses located on the south side of Barton Terrace in Dawlish. The buildings are three storeys high and are finished in stucco. They feature a parapet and a bracketed eaves cornice. Both houses have four intact sash windows with glazing bars. Notably, No 9 has cast iron balconettes on the first floor and canted bay windows on the ground floor, along with a trellised weather-porch.
