Description

Keyberry House is an early 19th-century building located on the south side of Dawlish Barton Terrace. It is two storeys high and has a stuccoed exterior. The roof is hipped and covered with slate, featuring a bracket eaves cornice. The front of the house includes two casement windows with Gothic glazing and hood moulding. The entrance boasts a decorative doorcase with elaborate Tudor details, including clustered columns, spandrels, and crenellations. To the left, there is a set-back portion of the house that is also two storeys high. Keyberry House is similar in style to Kia-Ora, which is located on Plantation Terrace.
