The Lamorna Hotel is an early 19th-century building on the south side of Dawlish Barton Terrace. It is a three-storey structure faced with stucco and has a slate roof. The front has three windows and a Doric porch with a semi-circular fanlight above a six-panelled door. This building is noted for its group value.
