Description

Speke House is an early 19th-century building located on the south side of Barton Terrace in Dawlish. It is two storeys high and has a stuccoed exterior. The roof is hipped and covered with slate, featuring bracket eaves cornices. The front of the house includes two sash windows that have Gothic heads and glazing bars. There is an impressive doorcase with pilasters, a Gothic glazed fanlight, and a six-panelled door.
