Description

The lighthouse, built in 1845, is constructed from Plymouth stone ashlar and features a metal light drum. It has a stepped square plinth leading up to a small cylindrical tower, which is adorned with a machicolated band just below the cornice and includes loop-holes for the stairs. The 20th-century drum for the light is topped with a weather vane on its pointed roof. The interior has not been inspected.
