Description
The barn at Higher Southwood Farm, located about 30 metres east of the farmhouse, dates from the 18th century or earlier. The left-hand range features a lower section made of stone rubble, with the upper part constructed of cob. It has a hipped thatched roof. Additionally, there is a modern timber-clad barn added to the northern part, which is of special interest.
