House, now a retirement home. Mid C19. Painted stucco with painted stone dressing, slate roof with rendered stacks to valleys. L-plan, main double-depth block to the left, set-back wing to the right with gabled porch to the angle. Domestic Tudor style. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; 3-window range. Coped parapets to the front and gable ends which have finials and pendants. Continuous hoodmould to the 1st floor, string course to the ground floor with pendants to form hoods over ornately-leaded casement windows. The right wing is lower with 2 forward-facing gables and 2-light ornately-leaded casement windows, one to the left gable, 2 to the right. INTERIOR: not inspected.
