Description

This is a headstone located about 22 meters southeast of the vestry of the Church of St Mary and St Martin in Chudleigh. It dates from the late 18th century and is made of grey limestone. The headstone features a nowy shape with canted corners and commemorates John Garrett, who died in 1792. There is a verse below the inscription.
