House, originally a rear wing to Beech Park, No.67 Exeter Road, (qv). Early C19. Painted stucco, crested slate roof with internal lateral stacks above windows to the south front. Picturesque Gothic style. Double-depth plan. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; 5-window range. The 4 ranges to the left have a central eaves stack and a slightly higher roof than the range to the right connected to Beech Park, No.67 Exeter Road, (qv). The left-hand block has pointed-arched margin-paned windows with interlacing tracery to the tops over 2-light 2-paned casements, above them are exposed timber lintels. Two similar windows to the ground-floor left have an enclosed C20 gabled porch to the right. The first-floor window above it is taller, narrower and fixed. The block to the right of the porch has flat-arched 3-light windows and a central eaves stack. INTERIOR: not inspected.
