Description

No 1 New Exeter Street is a house dating from the early to mid-19th century. It has a rendered exterior and a slate roof, with gables at both ends and end stacks. The building features a symmetrical plan with a central entrance and stands two storeys tall. The front is symmetrical with three bays, including a six-panel front door and 16-pane timber sash windows. The house is slightly set forward from Nos 2 and 4, contributing to an attractive group of buildings. The interior has not been inspected.
