House. Circa early/mid C19. Rendered with a slate roof, gabled at ends; end stacks. Symmetrical plan with a central entrance. 2 storeys. Symmetrical 3-bay front with a 6-panel front door and 16-pane timber sashes. Interior not inspected. No 1 is slightly set forward from Nos 2 and 4 with which it forms an attractive group.
