This 18th and 19th century shippen, accompanied by a cart shed and loft, stands approximately 20 metres south south west of Woodland Manor. The building is constructed of stone rubble, with granite quoins and lintels. The roof is covered with scantle slate and has half-hipped ends. A central cart entrance features a slightly cambered arch formed with granite ashlar voussoirs, and is flanked by external stone stairs leading to loft doors. Stable doors are located to the left and right. Ventilation slits are visible in the rear wall, and pigeon holes are present in the east end. The building is listed for its group value.
