Description
The Lodge is a house dating from the late 18th century, positioned with its back to the road. It features a stuccoed exterior and a slate roof with gabled ends and a dentilled eaves cornice. The building is two storeys high and has three bays. It includes sash windows with glazing bars and side lights. The central entrance has a pilastered doorcase with an open pediment, a semi-circular fanlight, and a panelled door. Rendered chimney stacks are located at the gable ends, and there are early 20th-century hipped dormers. The north elevation facing the road is similar but has a stair window above the central door.
